This small-batch Mugolio syrup is crafted from foraged Sugi Cypress and Deodar Cedar cones, gathered by hand in the Richmond, VA area. The young cones were slow-macerated with sugar and left to ferment in the sun, creating a rich, amber-hued syrup with warm, resinous notes and hints of citrus and spice. Drizzle it over cheese, roasted vegetables, or ice cream, or use it to add a forest-inspired twist to cocktails and glazes. Every bottle captures the essence of Richmond’s woodlands.
