This small-batch Nocino is made from foraged black walnuts gathered in the Richmond, VA area. The unripe walnuts were hand-cut and steeped with spices in a rich blend of alcohol, then aged to develop a deep, velvety liqueur with bold, earthy notes of walnut, warm spice, and a hint of bitterness. Enjoy it as a smooth digestif, drizzle it over desserts, or use it to add complex depth to cocktails. Each bottle captures the rich, nutty essence of Richmond’s landscape.
